what i do on weeknights

the story behind this, theres train tracks behind my house, but you have to go through a mini forrest, aka my backyard to get to them, so that sucked hauling all of my stuff back there, then i had to set everything up in pitch black, witch is also why focus is soft, because i had to manualy focus it at 50mm, in pitch black, then then after i got it all set up, i took a few shots, then i see lights in the distance, its a train, i litterally had like 20 seconds to grab all of my gear, get it off the tracks and get out of the way before the train went by, probably one of the scariest expiriences of my life, tottaly worth it.



on the side of my house, it was pretty dark here, and i had no light to focus or see how i was focusing, so i had to set it to infinity and hope for the best, i got it as sharp as i could

rain makes every session shitty, couldnt think of any spots, basicly drove around, and then came to lower merion, but i didnt have a fisheye so these shots came out pretty shitty, because there was no proper angle for long lens. but whatevs

went to the park today and filmed the first of hopefully many HD montages from my new d90, im siked on it, i love tripod shots, and with the d90 its pretty much all you can do, im suprised at how nice it came out. enjoy, hopefully when vimeo stops bein a dick ill upload the vimeo version but for now, suffer.

today was okay, i bought a laptop for 50 dollars and its amazing, it has windows xp, not gay vista. and i shot a few photos in philly, but we got kicked out pretty much everywhere, so it pretty much sucked, then we stopped in the middle of the ghetto to try to get a photo of the philly skyline, that turned out pretty good.

3 days in a row really?

this rain is really makin me mad, i have today(saturday) off from work, and all i wanted to do was go out and ride/shoot and it rains again, fuck. and i bet tommrow when im working 10 hours straight, it will be sunny and amazing out. so gay. idk i walked around my house to find some cool things to take pictures of, but there wasnt much. heres a few shots below. click on the ones in landscape format to see full size.

D90!

so i havent posted in a while, because i havent had a camera, but yesterday i bought a nikon d90. im siked to finally have a newer camera, mainly for the giant 3 inch LCD screen and it shoots HD vide witch will be cool to have, ill try to put an example of that below, but it will prolly be shitty quality, mostly because of blogger, and mostly because i dont no what im doing. but if this rain ever stops then ill be updating with some picture from whatever session goes down that day. aslo now that i have a camera thats easy to shoot video and upload, i will try to also upload random clips from whatever session we have. soo look foreward to that, and hopefully this rain stops, because its been two days, and doesnt look like its gonna stop any time soon.


this was the first picture i took when i got home, it was just of my flannel, but i took it on is0 800 and was shocked at how low noise it came out, and still had rich color.


just a test video of my turtles hangin out on there rock. i was messing around with focusing and stuff, its gonna be pretty fun to messa round with when it stops raining, and i cant wait to just make a bunch of these little mini clips to use when i update the bunngeon, not sure what there gonna be of, could be throw away clips, funny stuff, or just anything reeally.


dont expect this to really show the quality, because blogger sucks for videos, i published it in HD so maybe if i film anything good ill put it on up vimeo and it will be better quality.
